This MSC course includes short lessons, in-class practice of strategies and meditations, group discussion, and home practices to counteract the negative messages we receive from our society, our acquaintances, and ourselves. Together, we will build new habits of supportive language, gestures, and actions to support ourselves, our families, and our communities.
