It takes courage to say, "I'm not doing this very well. I’ve run out of ideas. I could use some help."
I work with people in-person in Los Angeles or online anywhere in California. (If you live outside of California, please look at online Mindful Self Compassion or the Brené Brown and the Daring Way options.)
How do I work?
I am a strengths-based psychotherapist. Together we look for perspectives, skills, and strategies that have worked for you in the past. Then we build on those while clearing out beliefs and behaviors that are no longer helpful.
I offer consultations, coaching, short-term and long-term therapy for individuals, families and couples.
Who works with me?
Adults changing careers or relationships.
Couples working towards a deeper connection.
Tweens and teens navigating transition after transition.
Anyone held back by anxiety.
I partner with clients to achieve authentic relationships, clear communication, and a genuine sense of purpose.
I offer nonjudgmental listening, support for your dreams, reflection of who you really are, and creative solutions for growth and empowerment.
