Our brains are designed to protect us by focusing on flaws and failures. Yet these habits often keep us stuck in immobility, disappointment, or repetition. Mindful Self-Compassion offers practical tools to balance out our instinctive negativity bias in order to motivate ourselves with kindness and authenticity. Motivating with kindness can liberate us from unproductive patterns.
